With a versatile and hands-on career, I’ve developed a unique skill set that spans customer service, technical expertise, and emergency response. Starting out in roles like cashier and housekeeper, I quickly learned the importance of attention to detail, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. These experiences taught me how to handle pressure and adapt to different environments with ease.
From there, I expanded my horizons into positions that required a bit more specialized knowledge, such as lifeguarding and janitorial work. As a lifeguard, I not only honed my ability to stay alert and respond quickly in emergencies, but also earned my CPR certification, ensuring I was prepared to act when needed. Meanwhile, my janitorial role helped me develop an understanding of maintaining large, high-traffic spaces, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Recognizing the importance of technical know-how, I pursued Snap-on certifications in both multimeter and AC repair. These credentials solidified my ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, making me a valuable asset in environments that require both technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving.
