  • Electronics Mechanic Leader in Blue Force Tracking (BFT) multi-functional shop in Tactical Communication Facilities Branch of Systems Integration and Support Services Division. Instrumental part in reformat of shop from shelter/antenna (OE 254) shop into BFT multi-functional shop.
  • Set up manufacturing layout of equipment, organize parts, train employees. Set up quality inspection area and format for inspection per drawing specification. Implement Statement of work and procedures to accomplish task to be performed meeting all manufacturing guidelines.
  • Lead and supervise with full technical authority 85 employees (Federal and Contractor).
  • Schedule organize assign, perform, review, and evaluate work performance: to include overseeing day-to-day maintenance, repair, installation, alignment, modification, overhaul, test and other technical aspects; plan & direct short/long term work, equipment, facilities, & material needed to establish priorities, deadlines, work assignments & sequence of work to accomplish organization's mission

I served as the PM Prophet Theater Lead for the Wolfhound/MISER Program; Field Logistics Directorate. Wolfhound/MISER Systems A signal detection system under Intelligence Electronic Warfare Division part of the Signet Network.

  • Provide field support as deemed necessary to the Division Chief and System Program Manager. serve as liaison between Joint Crew, Composite Squadron (JCCS-1), and Combined Joint Task Force Paladin (CJTF-82), and Logistic personnel to ensure that mission requirements are being met within mission criteria.
  • I independently plan, direct, evaluate and oversee all work within the programs. Resolve most of the conflicts that arise, coordinate workload with; Customer, Unit Commanders and or Logistic Officers.
  • Develop and carry out plans for expansion, integration and downsizing. Inform Program Manager and other Logistic entities of all matters, progress and issues with resolve for them.

I was a Temporary Production Controller position in the Satellite Communication Division assigned to the MilStar Satellite Branch which supported TYAD's sustainment mission which includes repair and overhaul of hundreds of electronic systems.Items may include radio systems, telephones, electro-optics, night vision and anti-intrusion devices, airborne surveillance equipment, navigational instruments, electronic warfare, and guidance and control systems for tactical missiles.

  • Implement these to accomplish the work of repair and overhaul of hundreds of electronic systems. Update the production schedules, coordinate and schedule new programs, new priorities, necessary changes, and program completions in order to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Provide the production shops and planner with monthly requirements; ensures the schedule is reflective of each shop's capacity, skill and current manpower; and communicates off-schedule conditions and downtime problems that may affect production's ability to meet the schedule.
  • Knowledge and experience in production of recurring manufacture overhaul and repair of all commodities assigned to the division, products and sufficient experience to correlate and analyze a variety of routine production data and processes to support workload schedules.
  • Communicate effectively to obtain the cooperation and assistance of personnel within the division, directorate and depot. Schedule work orders; communicates daily and weekly schedule requirements from the controllers and Master Scheduler (CECOM) to the shop supervisor; and responsible for encompassing all commodities.
