I started as a porter, after a year I moved to a service advisor. I was service advisor for 5yrs. Since January of 2016 I become a reconditioning manager for used cars and also in charge of detail department. In 2019 I explored new opportunities in a different Field with the Body Shop Industry. I did very well outperforming senior writers and making the cut when half the staff was cut due to Covid. I've made more connections with multiple clients, vendors and dealerships. In December 2022 my manager got offered a Director position for Bravo Cadillac which is where I am today and perform the same duties.
