My Military career has taken me from an entry level Marine to now being a Sergeant who is directly in charge of 19-21 Marines within a Machine Gun Section and in the recent year I have been performing the duties and responsibilities of a Platoon Sergeant managing 35 Marines in aspects such as training, discipline, and equipment needed for deployment and field evolutions. The Military has brought it all together for me everything that I have learned up to this point such as maturity, time management skills, hard work ethic, integrity, and trust all contribute to being a good follower and potentially a good leader.
