I was a former Forman for Jacks Patio co. and had my own crew. Working with other people can be challenging but being a good leader is key to make a healthy and effective work environment . Theres a difference between someone who thinks they're the boss simply because they are in charge and a person who can impulse the rest of the team to work at much more efficient rate. I believe communicating is a vital skill we can all use to be a great team. Working with customers has to be diligent making them feel comfortable with the goal of meeting their needs. We always worked as a team and did what was required to accomplish the most professional job.
