  • Achieved the recertification of the Life Cycle division in ISO 9001 by completing a (5) day long audit with accuracy and efficiency and no findings, corrective actions needed to be provided by ABB Inc.,
  • Documented and resolved multiple CCRP's which led to positive changes such as a new process, new established relationships & possible product change.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop Pivot tables to show COPQ and Savings in various Divisions.
  • Collaborated with team of 13 in the development of achieving the Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification. This was a training in person and a lot of planning ahead of time was needed.
