Ivey Broadnax

Greensboro

Summary

My name is Ivey Broadnax and I’m a dedicated youth and community professional with a strong background in program creation, youth engagement, and administrative support. I began as a Program Activity Leader, where I successfully designed and led educational and recreational programs, built strong community partnerships, and organized volunteers to enhance youth experiences. My work led to increased program participation and stronger family engagement at the recreation center.

Transitioning into my role as a Youth Partner, I’ve deepened my impact by building trusted relationships with youth facing challenges, connecting them to vital community resources, and supporting their personal growth. Along the way, I’ve developed strong administrative skills—managing program documentation, tracking progress, processing registrations, and providing reliable customer service to families and staff. I take pride in balancing meaningful youth work with behind-the-scenes organization that ensures everything runs smoothly.
