Realized there was a need for community support for international students and took initiative to start a group chat to keep them informed and created a sense of community. Post regularly on WeChat to help international students become aware of local activities and resources offered at Santa Monica College. Provided a platform which international students could receive a reply to their inquiries regarding college applications, class enrollment, social activities, room and board, and other information, as needed.
