I am a seasoned and compassionate psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in private practice, specializing in trauma, complex trauma, and integrative psychotherapy. Over the past five years, I have further specialized in transformative and psychedelic-assisted therapies, integrating somatic approaches, parts work, polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness practices, and expanded state modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I have facilitated both individual and group KAP sessions for clients and clinicians and provide clinical supervision for interns as well as mentorship for pre-licensed and licensed therapists pursuing psychedelic-informed practice. My approach is collaborative and holistic, rooted in comprehensive care that weaves together interdisciplinary teamwork, somatic healing practices, and integrative behavioral health principles. My work is deeply informed by the neurobiology of trauma, attachment science, and the principles of polyvagal theory to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and lasting healing.
In addition to private practice, my background includes experience in medical, emergency department, and hospice settings, as well as working with disenfranchised populations across diverse clinical environments. I am deeply committed to supporting transformational healing through a trauma-informed, relational, and nervous system-centered lens.
