Under the Supervisor of nurse Preceptor,clinical nursing task and patient care task were assigned.

Patient Care task assigned were as follows: head-to-toe assessments,vital signs,assisting patients with personal hygiene,making beds, and helping patients with mobility issues. Clinical Nursing task assigned were assisting in procedures such as placing IVs,removing foley catheters,medication calculations ,and medication administration.

During the shift,one written nursing Care Plan had to be completed by each nursing student to include the nursing process for patient care,assessment,diagnosis,planning implementation,and evaluation had to be completed.
