Welcomes, greets and seats guests in a gracious, accommodating, and professional manner, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction; Manages reservations that are made online via Palazzo/Venetian Website, Seven Rooms as well as in person, e-mail and phone inquiries; utilizes Daily Notes in Seven Rooms to include pertinent information such as conventions that are in town, maximum cover goal for the day, table requests for VIP guests, etc.; confirms each reservation to check for any special celebrations, dietary restrictions/allergies or time constraints to be aware of; works with Concierge and Casino Hosts to setup reservations; works with Catering Department for banquets and special events

Ensures accurate collection and reporting of Admissions and Retail Revenue in Nightclubs; provides excellent guest service at all times; receives cash and makes proper change; completes all transactions accurately; ensures all guests entering the Nightclub have a valid form of payment; issues receipts when requested or required; separates media by tender type for Food & Beverage Accounting; completes required logs and forms; ensures proper payment of gratuity; maintains clean and safe workstation

Executes fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed; works with the designated Event Managers who will assign each event, trains and reports results; encourages consumers to engage and participate in activation; distributes marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided; articulates best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos; builds Brand awareness and helps increase client members; assists in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets

Cultivates positive guest relations by managing information and orchestrating speedy seating; supervises server balance and monitors table turnover to accurately seat customers and keep customers happy; works with Catering Manager to book large parties for banquets and special events

Provides excellent customer service and actively promotes the selling of merchandise; operates a cash register and handles all payment transactions for purchase; receives, unpacks, folds and puts away the daily deliveries of merchandise; ensures selling areas are neat, clean and complies with visual standards; be outgoing, upbeat, energetic and reliable; maintains customer service level in accordance with Total Service standards; be courteous and create a warm, friendly atmosphere for the guest
