I operated a diesel utv to get around the construction site and attended daily safety meetings. I wrote up a JSA each day addressing proper ppe use and any hazards and made sure every crew member read and signed it before any work started.

  • Worked as labor hand, welder helper, and shop worker for oil pipeline and industrial maintenance company. I would work with a crew as a welders helper and labor hand to buff and grind slag off welds between stick weld passes on oil pipelines, helped assemble and disassemble oil pipelines and oil tank valves, helped sand blast oil pipelines, paint oil pipelines, and operated a telescoping diesel forklift to load and unload materials. I would also help the crane operators rig up using slings and shackles to safely lift loads. I wrote up a JSA each day addressing proper ppe use and any hazards making sure every crew member read and signed it before any work started.
