As a Property Manager it is important I am constantly bringing in traffic through online marketing and public outreach. Maintaining occupancy with new move ins and resident retainment. Assuring all make readies are done properly and meeting deadlines. Utilizing Excel, Onesite and Yardi to organize residents information and documents. Collecting Rent payments & work orders for residents. Sending reports on occupancy, delinquency, bank statements and invoices.
Toured residents daily, providing great information with prospects to help close. Prepared applications for the Managers approval after screening their background and credit history. Doing a report on market surveying, application status, move ins & renewals. Answered over 20 calls a day from prospects, assisting them in making the decision to join our community.
