- Assist hospital physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions by providing clinical testing and specimen analysis.

- Conduct laboratory tests in the areas of hematology, chemistry, special chemistry, serology, urinalysis, fluid and excretion, blood bank and microbiology.

- Perform multiple tests with exacting accuracy, data analysis, data interpretation and result reporting

- Familiar with laboratory instruments, perform quality control and calibration. Ensured operation of equipments by completing maintenance requirement following manufacturer's instruction, troubleshooting and calling for repairs.

- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient's critical result verbally or in writing. Implement healthcare policies to ensure patient safety and also patient confidential.

- Expert in phlebotomy skills and experience blood taking for adult, elderly, wheelchair patient, kids and babies.
