Experience in Project monitoring and evaluation as well as using Collaboration, Learning and Adapting (CLA), inclusive of mid-course stock taking, pause and reflect to make informed decisions to project delivery mechanism. Experience in Indicators formulation and tracking as well as the facilitation and supervision of data collection through the ODK (Other Data Kit) mobile platform in Liberia. Experience in working with high-level Government officials to ensure quality delivery of key governmental developmental agenda. Experience in the establishment of Project Management Units in various line ministries, Agencies and Commissions for the mobilization, management, and execution of donor funds as an engine of economic growth. Experience in Youth advanced and entrepreneurship projects as well as At-risk youth rehabilitation, reintegration and TVET programs across Liberia introducing the concept of “being your own boss.” Experience in working with civil society organizations, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), smallholder farmers, women, and youth aggregators in both the rural and urban communities providing livelihood opportunities and job creation. Linking production to local and international markets through value addition methodology using private sector interventions.
