• I built a home maintenance, management and remodeling business over the 14 years. I gained a large regular clientele all by word of mouth. I have great communication skills. I feel I’m quite organized. Now that my children are getting older I’m looking to get back in to the regular work force. I enjoyed being home and working my own hours while my children were little. Really interested in joining a great employer that needs a hard worker. I’ve always strived to put out the best quality of work. I’ve done just about everything, kitchens, bathrooms, and including closets, and storage. Some remodels and some from the ground up.

Completed fiber optic installation across Arizona State Hospital facility, involving miles of boring and vault installation. This was one of the larger projects I was supervising.

I have also worked on many various remodel projects. Complete classroom transformation at many schools including ASU and Mesa public schools.

• Oversee jobs and quality of work. Place orders for supplies from blueprints. Manage up to 12 jobs across Central/South Arizona at once. Some projects I was involved in, Black canyon city fire house. Hospice of the valley in Glendale, Several strip malls, many TI’s, many Tilt buildings, restaurants and just about everything commercial. Communication between other trades to ensure a smooth turn out to completion. After Recession the entire company was close to being completely shut down.

• Over these years I worked as an assistant superintendent for Gamma construction out of Texas. I built several Outback Steakhouse’s and Carrabbas. I also managed Outback Steakhouse in Tempe, Chandler and Mesa. I built homes framing in Awatukee. Started as a laborer and have really done it all. Nearly every job I started at the bottom, I was a manager or in charge of crews before too long. My learning skills are also sharp. I look forward to getting a new career with a company that I can work hard for and help others learn also.
