  • Emergencies: depending on the severity of the incident call 911, provide care that is needed immediately, direct other staff to complete tasks, complete medical transfer paperwork including vital signs, pertinent information, current medication/treatment orders, provide handoff to EMS, keep milieu as calm and clear as possible
