Gained management position for San Pedro Fish Market and Restaurant and was promoted to 'Supervisor' for one of our restaurant locations in Rolling Hills, CA and would bounce between there and our Harbor City, CA location. These smaller locations were known as San Pedro Fish Market Grille. During my supervisor role, I learned how to adapt to a larger workload, foster a healthy and communicative work environment, and create a rich bond with that of my team members. After that location shut down, I moved to the San Pedro, CA location and became the Bar Supervisor.
