Temp Worker
Provide excellent customer service to all customers. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed. Responsible for operating a radio, office equipment, calculator, and telephone systems. Enter data into a computer efficiently and accurately. Coordinate daily cash receipts and balance accounts – completing a Daily Reconciliation Report that is balanced. Communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of individuals in varying circumstances and situations. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel. Work well in a team environment.
