  • Manages man hours by inputting all personnel while ensuring everyone is coded correctly and all time is accounted for. In doing so I use CAT2 and IW41 to capture labor.
  • Order parts in a timely manner while ensuring that the part needed is deadline or non deadline. Also make sure the APC code is correct before ordering and ensure the part is correctly attached to the right fault.
  • Closes work orders using the correct system condition codes. ie. C,B,E,F,S,R,U.
  • Dispatch equipment as requested. Ensuring the operators are licensed and qualified before creating the dispatch. Also closing the dispatches, I input the correct mileage after the mission is complete.
  • File corresponding work orders, dispatches and hand receipts accordingly. Also, track all paperwork for the respective units the shop supports.
  • Orders class 2 and class 9 repair parts as requested to maintain the functionality of the shop.
  • Coordinates with shop supervisors and leaders to address problems as they arise, and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Verify turn-ins and use the turn in process such as ZOAREP and YOBUX to efficiently turn in parts, tools, etc.
  • Conduct inventories semi- annually to correlate with what is on our MATSIT an what is being consumed by the shop.
