  • Capital Projects: Eddie Smith Field House Renovation, Finley Track Phase 3, Women's Basketball/Carmichael Renovations
  • Collaborated with strategic partners to create new camp management system along with Microsoft. This has created efficiencies with related business processes and allows for more accurate tracking of compliance and financial reporting
  • Celebrated diversity department-wide by establishing Carolina Pride Together program. Program creates path and structure of inclusion and representation for LGBT student-athletes, staff, alumni, and allies.
  • Created Pride celebration shirt with approval from licensing and Nike to distributed to student-athletes
  • Chair of Carolina Black Caucus: led caucus in our mission to education, engage and advocate for black faculty and staff on campus.
  • Served campus community as Co-Chair of Advocacy Committee for Carolina Black Caucus. Advocated for black faculty, staff, and students on campus. Built relationships with other advocacy groups across campus and in Chapel Hill community. Represented Caucus in press.
  • Worked with Emergency Management and Infectious Disease partners across campus to create athletic department's response, planning and implementation to global pandemic. Created community standards for cleaning, sanitizing, disinfection, and community protective equipment for fans, student athletes, and staff. Was awarded E. Williamson Staff Award for my work on this.
  • Directed and administered camps including scheduling, invoicing, agreement execution, communication with camp owners, coordinating campus partners (EXSS, parking, dining, housing, construction, Carolina Union, and outside vendors)
  • Reorganized and managed day-to-day and game day housekeeping for athletic facilities in order to enhance level of customer service for student-athletes, fans, and staff. Scheduled services and partnered with contractors and campus partners to continue to improve as we strove to be 'game-day and recruit ready' daily.
  • Served campus community by representing athletics on Carolina Cares, Carolina Shares (SECC) Advisory Board. Significantly increased department wide participation
