At Triumvirate environmental Services, I managed and disposed of hazardous waste for many big name clients out of the Royse City office. I managed the hazardous waste for companies like Thermo Fisher, Formulife, UNT Denton, and many other pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, higher ed and life sciences. Some of my duties in this position were:

  • I preformed waste segregation, pouring/transferring liquids, packaging into DOT rated containers in compliance
  • Proper labeling in accordance with DOT and internal regulations of the specific waste generator
  • I coordinated waste pickups with the operations manager every day for different sites all across the DFW metroplex
  • I maintained the storage areas, hazardous waste inventory logs, spill supplies, and empty containers at Thermo Fisher in Dallas, TX. All to keep them in compliance with TCEQ
  • Complete weekly inspection logs of hazardous waste storage areas at Thermo Fisher
  • Package waste up per DOT requirements
  • Collect waste characterization samples for analysis for proper disposal
  • Training in hazardous spill response and cleanup
  • I helped manage secondary containment and disposal fo rainfall on open concrete slabs at the hazardous waste end facility
