Jack Bignell

- Within this role I am responsible for managing social media accounts for the company along with assisting with the strategy of the business by using a creative marketing outlook. Alongside this role, I helped to open up our first brick and mortar location at the beginning of 2023, which included touring potential locations, meeting with contractors, and strategizing the layout of the new barbershop location.

- Helping a wide range of customers select footwear or products that were best suited for their needs across multiple sports categories

- Resolving customer issues

- Helping young athletes prepare for new teams and leagues with the correct gear

- Offered Multi-Day soccer camps for kids at the local school in my neighborhood as well as smaller single day sessions to develop skills

- Managed large groups of kids and set up drills and games for them to participate in
- Organized schedules with clients
- Worked on developing overall skills while creating an enjoyable experience with fun incentives for the kids involved

- Worked as a team to keep the store running smoothly
- Tracked stock levels and worked with coworkers to maintain optimal levels.
- Delivered energetic responses to customers on sight and by telephone, going above and beyond to serve needs.

- Managed and resolved challenges that guests would have at the park and provided help to ensure the park ran safely.
