- I review and compare MRI/fMRI scans in patients with cranial metastases and epilepsy.
- Using 3D software I have traced subnuclei of the cerebellum in hundreds of patients to train a brain segmentation model.
- Similarly to cerebellum analysis, my team assigned me with the comparison of ideal laser ablation volume, based on differential equations representing tissue softness, to real outcomes post-surgery for patients with brain tumors (metastases) and epileptic hippocampus ablation.
- Currently, I am working on comparing Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy (LITT) with Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) and their respective medical benefits and proficiencies for ablation, going forward.
- Led software team of 5 software engineers through 2 years, and was part of the software team for 3. The first year, we placed 8th at regionals, then 4th, then 3rd, largely due to custom Radical Proportional Interval Controllers for our first place Control and first place Design winning output system.
