• American Airlines Terminal 4/5 Redevelopment Program (08/22 - Present) - State-of-the-art facility featuring five new hold rooms, essential power and mechanical upgrades, a terminal transfer bus gate, customs and international sterile areas, and over 257,000 square feet of new airfield paving.
• P-927 Radio Barrigada (01/24 - 03/24) - Located in central Guam, the project involved the renovation of Building 51 and the construction of the three 13-meter antenna buildings (radomes) and three 24-meter antenna buildings. Involved extensive site work, including installation of roadways and utilities as well as a new generator building and fuel tanks.
• UCI Verano 8 Graduate Student Housing (06/21 - 08/21) - Located on a 7.8-acre site and features five residential buildings that add 1,055 beds for graduate students. In addition, the project includes a 10,311 SF maintenance and operations facility and a 253,442 SF, 853-stall parking structure.
