Adept at organizational leadership and fostering team collaboration, I significantly enhanced operational efficiency at Rhode Island Hospital. My tenure there was marked by initiating a Diagnostic Medical Sonography School, achieving a 90% pass rate for graduates. My expertise in quality control and interpersonal skills has consistently improved client service and employee development. I also initiated Rhode Island Sonography seminars and was the state representative for the ARDMS. I was employee of the month and employee of the year for a Radiology department employing over 300 employees and was nominated several other times. I started an Ultrasound program that fostered over 70 graduates and has since been taken over by Rhode Island College. I have co-authored 2 research articles in the medical journals, one which led to the institution of Ultrasound DVT studies which are now utilized all over the world.
