I started at Wabash back in 2011 as a temp working as a laborer. Within 1 year I became a welder and full time employee. Shortly after that I moved up to Coordinator, where I would stay for the next several years, working on my skills in employee engagement, time and resource management, as well as robotic understanding. Once I felt ready to move up, I was given the opportunity to go into maintenance. I quickly learned the basics of maintenance (hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical). After being inspired and wanting to move on to more advanced forms, I was given another opportunity to advance forward in E.C.E. Taking the opportunity, I am now learning and understanding at an accelerated rate in HMI, PLC, and even networking with the plans to expand what I can do for myself and the company. I will strive to keep moving forward.
