Jack Koenig

I am a rising sophomore with an All Honors schedule for this year and next. I have been playing the trombone for nearly 6 years. In 2022, I was chosen to play the trombone for the Suffolk County Music Educators Association (SCMEA) program, which is the highest preforming alumni band in Suffolk County, New York. I play Trombone and march Baritone, while also knowing the basics on Guitar and Piano. I moved from Long Island, New York during my 7th grade year, and have been living in South Carolina since. I have been participating in the Leadership Program for the Nation Ford High SCBDA State 5A champions. I am excited to pursue further in my musical career in this program.

-2016-2020, I was a member of Boy Scout Troop 404

-2020-2021, I played in the Riverhead Football League.

-In 2022, I was 1 of 3 children chosen from my band for the Suffolk County Music Educators Association (SCMEA) Music Festival

-2023, Earned Superior Distinction during my 8th Grade Year at Springfield Middle School

-2023, I have had an AB Honor Roll with my lowest grade being an 89

-2024, Earned Superior Distinction during my 9th Grade Year at Nation Ford High School
