Resource 1 is an IT staffing company. Started as an intern in Summer '22, brought on part-time afterwards.
Developed a tool that aggregates millions of pieces of data from multiple different sources to identify top potential clients for sales team.
Built a generator that automated reporting for accounting department, saving several days of work per month.
Created a data processor that allows client information to be brought into our CRM. Has been used to load tens of thousands of data points.
Developed an AI-based tool that converts candidate resumes to the company's standard format, saving hours of work per week for recruiters.
Primarily developed in Python using Flask, Pandas, NumPy, PYODBC, and/or Django depending on project. Also developed in ReactJS, Java, HTML, CSS. Used an Azure SQL database for storage.
Successfully conducted UAT and maintenance on all above projects and more over the course of several years.
Helped maintain and improve company website on WordPress.
