Non Invasive cardiac clinic; I perform cardiac stress tests in the hospital's stress test lab or in the doctors' office building nearby. I interview the patient to obtain their medical history then perform the chemical or treadmill test as ordered. I monitor the patients' condition and monitor their heart rhythm and rate, and notify the ordering cardiologist of any significant changes. Also, in the hospital cardiac procedure lab, I assist cardiologists during transesophageal echocardiograms and cardioversions by administering ordered moderate sedation while monitoring the patient's condition and vital signs until the patient is stable and able to be transferred to post anesthesia care.

Staff RN/Charge RN in Burn ICU and Burn PCU US Army Institute of Surgical Research. Performed burn wound care to inpatients and in the emergency room for outpatients. Administered pain and sedation medications as ordered for wound care and background pain. Closely monitored the patients' condition and vital signs for signs of infection. Constantly adhered to infection control procedures. As charge RN, made patient/nurse assignments and prioritized/assigned admissions. Performed all routine administrative duties and record keeping. Reviewed staff RN's performance records to ensure current licenses and education.
