Jack Meixl

I recently joined the US Army National Guard. I leave for basic training on the 18th of March, 2025.

Things I've learned so far about being a part of something bigger than one person are that I have found ways to work better with people. This has also given me opportunities to use my leadership skills and knowledge that I have.

I worked side by side with a master carpenter, doing things such as painting, finishing, woodworking, assembling, etc.

Some days I was very hands-on with my work; other days I was there as an extra set of hands for safety.

So, of the jobs I finished with this carpenter, I worked with him on painting and finishing a large pool house, replacing and manufacturing new fencing for horse stables, painting a six-car garage, refinishing about ten large windows, and just lots of other small projects.

• Managed multiple priorities simultaneously, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines for order completion and pickup times.
• Improved customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately fulfilling online grocery orders.
• Placed completed orders in labeled, temperature-appropriate storage pending customer pick up.
• Tracked substitutions and informed customers of changes.
• Assisted in training new Online Grocery Associates, sharing best practices for efficient order processing and customer service techniques.
• Helped customers locate products and checked store system for merchandise at other sites.
• Served customers with knowledgeable, friendly support at every stage of shopping and purchasing.
• Consistently met deadlines and quality goals for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintained high satisfaction ratings by completing orders quickly and making good selections for customers.
• Maintained high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
