I overseen three employees and directed them on different duties for maintenance in the warehouse and outside the property. I developed a pm program to fit our different equipment in the warehouse and refrigeration units on the roof. I would also work on the hvac, electrical and plumbing issues. I also traveled to our other properties to work and over see different contractual work going on. I helped develop our yearly maintenance budget for our property. I would get quotes for our big projects and follow them through from signing of the contract until finish of project.
