• Led, managed, and grew a team of security engineers in automating, streamlining, and scaling our current product offerings to clients

• Worked with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability and performance.

• Worked with multiple clients concurrently and collaborated closely with BCG leadership to implement DevSecOps best practices and cloud security principles on projects

Achievements:

• Founded the AI Security Engineering program at BCG

• Collaborated with external vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, and others on content, frameworks, and thought leadership in the AI Security space

• Mentored, managed, and led security engineers across the world to grow the AI Security Engineering practice to a multi-million dollar business

• Created an AI Security model assessment service line by collaborating with our Responsible AI team on the people, process, and technology required for success

• Implemented GitOps, utilizing tools such as Terraform and FluxCD, on a custom pricing tool based in Azure for an international retail client resulting in increased collaboration, improved software quality, and reduced time to market

• Architected and securely developed a ML model in AWS for optimizing the finance portfolio at a middle eastern bank based on zero based budgeting

• Led, planned, and directed both defensive and offensive cyberspace operations in and through the cyberspace domain

• Managed defensive cyber operations by protecting data, networks, net-centric capabilities, and other designated systems through detection, identification, and response to attacks against Department of Defense networks

• Executed defensive cyber operations and offensive cyber operations missions in support of Joint Forces and Army operations

• Coordinated utilization of cyberspace capabilities at all levels, across various stakeholders, to include members of Joint Forces, the Army, and Coalition commands
