I have varied leadership experiences through student government and athletics. I was a captain of both my school's cross country and track team. I was also a 4 year participant in student government. In those four years of student government I served as class secretary as well as 3 years of student senate. I was voted into the senate executive board twice during my 3 year tenure. During my junior and senior year of high school I was in NHS and led service events and worked as a tutor for middle school students. My ability to work with a team has also been strengthened through my engagement in theatre. I was involved in 2 theatrical productions and worked closely with a diverse group of individuals to achieve a singular goal, a phenomenal production.
