Job overview

After my time at Well & Good, I decided to take a shot at starting my own e-commerce brand and work for myself.

Job overview

I was the first employee at Well & Good Property Services and helped build it from scratch. It started out as an idea on a napkin and is currently a national cleaning/servicing company for short-term rentals.

I learned a ton about building foundational structure, scaling a service-based business, pivoting to create value, and client management/retention.

Day to day tasks:

  • Pitched premium cleaning services to rental home owners (via phone and email) and served as the main point of contact after they signed on.
  • Onboarded new clients daily, trained them on how to use our clean scheduling software, and worked to ensure customer retention via daily check-ins and scheduled phone calls.
  • Increased individual account revenue by evaluating client needs and upselling additional services such as lawn care, pool maintenance, and gift baskets.
  • Achieved exceptional revenue growth, increasing monthly revenue earnings from $7k to $180k in 2 years.
