Provided 800 hydronic VRV's, 3 cooling towers, air handlers w/ sound attenuators, steam and chilled water piping and accessories from University provided utilities.

Provided plumbing and fixtures for gang and single bathrooms.

Provided all new switchgear, generator, lighting, and fire alarm system in conjunction with JMU standards.

JMU Recreation Center-4.3 Million Electrical

Renovation and large addition to existing rec center. Provied new lighting, distribution panels to existing switchgear serving new mechanical equipment. Coodinated with mechanical contractor on new natatorium pool unit.

MWU Convocation Center-4.5 Million M,P

New Convocation Center and concession space.

(2) Centrificual air cooled chillers, VAV's and accesories.

New Plumbing and Fixtures.

VCU School of Dentistry-4 Million M,P

New construction for use of training dentist and hygentists.

Utilized steam and chilled water for new AHU's and VAV's.

Installed and certified new medical gas to stations.

Dinwiddie High School-12 Million-M,P

New High School with (2) Outdoor Air Chilllers. (13) Rooftop Units, VAV's, and Boilers for the hydronic and plumbing systems.

New plumbing and gang bathrooms.

Bon Secours Emergency Hospital-3.5 Million

New emergency hospital to serve Goochland County residents.

Geothermal well fields. AHU's, VAV's and accessories.

Provided new pluming and fixtures along with medical gas.

Renovation of (2) Chesterfield Elementary Schools-GC, MEP

Direct to CPS as General Contractor.

New AHU's, lighting, exhaust fans.

New ceiling , and flooring where required.

MWU Remote Campus-M,P-5 Million

New remote campus to serve residents of King William County.

(180) 300' Geothermal wells. Multistack Chiller serving both hot and chilled water to RTU's and VAV's. Heat exchangers and reserve cooling tower.
