Sales Manager

Wodify

  • Hired at Wodify to create sales organization and Global GTM strategy to change the company from strictly inbound to a well oiled outbound sales machine.
  • Managing a team of 20 total (5 BDR's/5 Account executives and 10 CS agents). These individuals I hired from scratch but 1, 10 year individual I inherited.
  • Creating the compensation plan/variable comp plan for each individual rep based on experience using market data here in Denver as well as Philadelphia where my AE's are located.
  • Since joining Wodify I've created a 121% increase in year over year ARR.
  • Extensive background knowledge in payment/merchant processing.
  • Karass negotiation training certified.
  • Proficient in Salesforce/Salesforce lightning and Hubspot as we transition from salesforce since being employed at Wodify.

District Sales Manager

Safe Haven Security Services, Inc
09.2020 - 05.2021
  • Leading a team of 75 sales reps across Colorado, Eastern Utah and western Nebraska with the help of 3 assistants.
  • The main responsibilities of this role were to train/hire and fire to make sure my district was profitable. I would work along side my RVP to make sure we were moving in the right direction or to correct the course of our upward trajectory.
  • Weekly and Daily meetings were held to make sure each rep was hitting their daily targets. Most times this was 1 stop close but would go as long as 2 weeks to gain business. Each rep was held to a $10k MRR goal weekly. If not met then a performance plan would be implemented for a coaching out phase if not improved upon.
  • Given a monthly budget to purchase leads from Insurance companies and Real estate agencies to provide my reps fast paced leads to close.

  • My short time as a BDR I won multiple awards such as Best of the west, BDR of the Month x3 and March Madness against 100 BDR's that sent me to Iceland for 2 weeks. As well as becoming the first BDR to graduate out of the program to become an Account Executive moving to Denver, CO.
  • Weekly product trainings took place to have a full understanding of the changes in the platform as well a full grasp of payment/merchant processing

Co-Owner

Jacks Kicks/Succezz
09.2015 - 02.2020
  • Buying into a company in which I use to be a customer helped me appreciate my time in retail early on in my professional career.
  • As an owner of a business understanding profit/loss as well as your
niche market is important. A resell store is unlike any other retail set-up when it comes to depreciating goods like clothes. You negotiate! There's market information you base your products on but understand that changes from state to state, country to country making sure you have the most competitive prices out there.
  • Selling to musical artist that would come through to Lollapalooza to MLB processional athletes to your run of the mill collector of sneakers. We had shoes for all walks of life.
