Started an independent job to help customers with yard care

One customer is an older couple that has some property that they can't deal with by themselves so I do it for them.

I've worked hard for them for a few years now and they've given me a pay raise a few times.

• Managed inventory of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure proper allocation of resources for each project.
• Monitored and evaluated condition of trees, shrubs, lawns and flowerbeds.
• Applied fertilizers and pesticides to outdoor areas according to safety standards.
• Made an acre of property look better than it ever has before
• gotten rid of 500 or more square feet of weeds
• Maintained grounds by trimming, weeding, and general clean-up.

• Managed and organized many party events throughout Utah
• Worked independently or with a crew to set up and tear down large inflatables
• Helped the owner get more employees to work for him
• Helped get more returning customers by having great customer service
• Worked fast to complete tasks and meet daily deadlines.
• Cleaned and straightened work areas to maximize productivity and safety.
• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.

• Effectively managed customers for 2 different events, grossing average $900 each.
