I have been solely responsible for:

• Creating and implementing a marketing strategy

• Billing clients

• Assisted clients in finding suitable properties by arranging and conducting property tours.
• Conducted 'market rides' to help locate vacant properties that fell within clients' search criteria.

• Staff member for full-service party planning, creative, and production company.
