I've been playing piano for a total of over 12 years now. I was classically trained for ten of those years, and taught for two as odds jobs to various families. I have a methodical approach to teaching students, and I'm used to teaching very young kids (consistently around six years old coincidentally). One of them was overstimulated very easily and lost attention quickly, so I had to change up my usual format and accommodate for their needs. I've consistently been good with communication with parents, and in the past my students have come away with a pretty decent entry knowledge of piano technique and music theory.
