At YMCA, I excelled as a Camp Counselor, leading diverse groups with exemplary time management and problem-solving skills. Demonstrating strong leadership and serving as a positive role model, I significantly enhanced camper safety and engagement. My adeptness in both team leadership and educational support positions me as a dynamic asset to any team. I also was a liaison between parents and students regarding their progress in the afterschool program. My focus has been on safety and positive feedback for the students.
