• Oversee daily operations serving 350–400 children, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with standards.
• Monitor staff productivity, provide coaching and training, and maintain accurate records of performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate intake, assessments, eligibility determinations, and facilitate Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), including transitions and discharges.
• Lead quality assurance efforts in collaboration with the QA manager to ensure program integrity and compliance.
• Represent the department as the assessment lead, attend training, and fulfill director responsibilities as needed.
• Provide family referrals, and support access to community resources.
