Jack Britton Shae

I have always had an avid love of the outdoors. When not in school, at lacrosse, or working, I am outside, often finding the best places to fish in and around Guilford and on the Housatonic River in Kent, CT. Being outside and on the water, foster my sense of independence, resiliency and love of nature. This has informed the way that I see the world and has supported me in academia, as a part of the lacrosse team and in the work that I do. It is my hope to integrate my passion for fishing and the outdoors into my course of study in college.

I am currently a member of the Guilford High School lacrosse team. I started playing in second grade and worked my way up through the youth program. I joined the lacrosse team my freshman year and will continue to play throughout my high school career.
