When participating at Palisades Charter High School, I, as a Link Crew Leader dedicated myself to enhancing student engagement and operational efficiency through team collaboration and problem solving. By doing well in organizing events and mentoring freshmen, it showcases my effective communication and team leadership skills, significantly contributing to a welcoming and supportive school environment for the kids. I am always aiming to be a friendly face and approachable to others, not just kids, fostering connections and creating inclusive environments. My strong communication and organizational skills have allowed me to be capable of engaging others to contribute towards a more positive and supportive community.
