  • Onboarded new short-term rental properties across the entire state of Arkansas, including Northwest Arkansas, Eureka Springs, and Hot Springs. This involved gathering compliance and ordinance information, scheduling inspections and photography, and creating public property profiles. These profiles were then shared across third-party sites nationwide.
  • As the only designated Onboarding Coordinator for the State of Arkansas, I also helped assist colleagues with onboards in the states of Missouri and Texas.
