• Pallet verification that pails are properly closed, correct labels, count is correct, if mixed lot numbers, all are correct, correct pallets are used.
• Scale verification, Customer weight checks,
• Verify Pre-Scaled ingredients with formulas
• CCP checks, documentation of potential hazards or none. Verify all items that should be on hold are properly flagged.
• Act as a liaison to reinforce training and food safety protocols.

• Maintain work environments safely and efficiently at all times
• Proficiently gown into controlled areas per area classification
• Maintain area classification by performing routine calendar disinfection
• Perform aseptic techniques to maintain sterility of product
• Formulate drug components in accordance with volumetric/gravimetric measurements
• Weigh raw materials to conform with batch record specifications and properly handle hazardous materials
• Operate equipment such as HMI, NT System, Small parts washer, CIP skids
• Adhere to good documentation practices and cGMP
• Continuous training for current/new SOP's

• Build blocks as needed while watching for proper build patterns
• Trim material to designated sizes as required for next process
• Answer alarms on machines, watch for proper insertion of material at machines, perform changeovers as needed for material in machines

• Line clearances

• Check lot stamp for legible print
• Assist production manager as needed with production needs

• Line tech-cut samples for testing
• Daily duties of Relief Operator-organize and pack customer samples, break coverage, cover in lab areas as needed
• Follow industry standards and manufacturer instructions for calibration of measurement tools
• Raw Lab responsibilities included-Beta Lactam testing, testing of raw milk and sweet cream on FTA machine.
• Cheese Lab responsibilities included T50 salt analysis, Ph testing, CEM machine testing for moisture and fat results, babcock testing on cheese and milk.
