Additional Information

20 plus years experience in industrial maintenance. Leading and training less experienced maintenance personnel. Use SAP to write work orders, do time, and keep track of parts. Manage the reliability system across the whole plant. Inform upper management of issues and recommendations of what the next steps are for repairs. Critical thinking in troubleshooting processes and machine operations. Design and engineer parts to make equipment more reliable, more efficient, and safer. Welding, cutting, hydraulics, pneumatics, light electrical and light PLC. Trouble shoot in a fast paced production environment where every minute counts. Learned to run machines at production levels to better understand the operation and help troubleshoot their correct operations. Used milling machines and metal lathes to key shafts and make parts. Replaced bearings, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, rebuilding both style cylinders, fabricated and installed new parts, conveyor chains, sprockets, gear boxes, motors, pumps, belts. Passed company millwright test given to the top maintenance techs in the plant. Taken safety classes in OSHA related electrical programs. Thread pipe with hand threaders or by machine.
