I have experience in management, contract inspection, both wire line and wireless. Project management for ATT projects. My major accomplishments were project management of ATT mass calling statewide network and aiding on statewide project of E911 phase two conversion. My career has included quality control in a lab, training new employees, safety / inspector, transport engineer, central office installer, and manager to 10 or more employees

- Worked on all sides of integrating Nokia equipment into the networks of T-Mobile and ATT. Installed equipment in cell sites and evaluating the new equipment. I have also used tools such as NetAct to bring new cells sites into the live network. We were also a market leader and trainer of new engineers. At present working on ATT project cutting Nokia cell sites to Ericsson BBU 6651 and 6672
- While working on T mobile sites I have installed:
- AMIA/AMID- Shelf
- ASIA/ASIB - BBU Nodes for LTE
- ASIL/ASIM- BBU Nodes for 5G
- ABIA/ABIL RF fiber cards
- In this job we loaded the base loads and scf files for single core and dual core.
- Configured the Orion controller for external alarms and configured the Nokia backhaul router.
- I have worked in Oklahoma Arkansas, Alabama and Houston markets
- I was field lead in OK/ARK market

- The first position was as an engineer that traveled to ATT and Verizon switch sites nationwide to install, assess and integrate Ericsson equipment. This equipment included the VSE MSC, Oracle Netra server, and Media Gateway equipment. Final position was working as Ericsson engineer at ATT labs. Here we assessed new equipment, software, and software patches before applying to live equipment in the field.
