Worked as the weekend DON supervisor of a 200 bed facility. I completed care plan for each resident. wound care summaries and discharge summaries. I oversaw the facility, staff and the care of the residence during the weekend.

I was frequently floated to the ER, ICU Step down, and assisted in emergency GI procedures in the GI lab. Was floated to 3 different units in one night.
