February 26, 2022 Fordyce was bought by Vulcan Materials.

Managed all stripping and raw material production Dredge and open pit.

Assisted in weekly Safety Meetings building a strong safety culture with the goals of no loss time accidents and 0 Safety violations.

Led the Briggs environmental team and reported into gensuite monthly.

Input employees time and signed off in Kronos when needed.

Participated in yearly budget planning.

Had a great relationship with sales, environmental coordinator, Safety manager and financial advisors.

Started my career as a heavy equipment operator. Have run dozers, loaders, blade, excavators, backhoes, haul trucks, scrapers, and draglines.

1996 Started working with dredges. leverman and booster operator.

1998 was promoted to production foreman overseeing all Dredge stripping and raw material production.

2000 was promoted to assistant plant superintendant. Supervised all dredging operations. Assisted with D-Watering plants, beltline, screening / crushing plants, and barge loadout.

2017 started dry mining along with dredging. Was overseeing 12 745 cat haultrucks, 2 390 excavators, 346 excavator, and 349 excavator along with 2 16" stripping dredges, 2 18" production dredges, 2 18" booster pumps, 2 18 ton crane boats and 2 single screw dredge tender boats.

Very familiar with MSHA regulations and won the Sentinel of Safety Award in the large dredge group 17 times.
